Colle delle Querce is positioned on a hillside overlooking unspoiled Umbrian countryside with a lovely view of Todi and the Tiber river below.
It consists of two renovated stone farm houses separated by a courtyard, on 7 ½ hectares (about 18 acres) of land that contains a pool, a small vineyard, over 500 olive trees, a 40-tree fruit orchard, a large vegetable garden and a small forest.
The nearest village, a 15 minute walk along a country lane, is a tiny cluster of houses. Todi is about 15 minutes by car. All around are forests, farms, and other country estates. There are a number of walking trails that take you through the surrounding area.
