We are open from March though December. Booking is for a minimum of 1 week.
The changeover day is Saturday, arrival between 4pm and 6pm, and departure by 10am.

The fees are as follows:

• The Casa Oliveto

  
  (sleeps 4/6): Euro 1,855/week

• Casa Vigneto

  
  Ground floor Studio (sleeps 2): Euro 770/week
  First floor Studio (sleeps 2): Euro 700/week
  
  If all rented by the same party, total rate: Euro 3,100/week

Fees include:

• Twice weekly cleaning
  
• Linens and towels, including pool towels
  
• All utilities except telephone and heating
  
• Internet access for clients’ laptops
  
• Use of fruit orchard and vegetable garden

On request, arrangements - including prices - can be made directly with local farmers’ wives for the preparation of home cooked meals.

To secure rental, a deposit of 30% is to be paid when booking the reservation. The balance is payable 2 months before arrival.

Also we request a Security Deposit of Euro 250 for the Casa Olivetto, and Euro 200 for each studio, payable upon arrival. It will be returned within 14 days after departure.
